Chelsea sent Neymar transfer message after Thomas Tuchel's Cristiano Ronaldo snub

Chelsea have been linked with a shock move for Paris Saint-Germain superstar Neymar ahead of the summer transfer window. The Brazilian is edging towards an exit from the French capital after PSG fans gathered outside his home shouting: "Neymar, get stuffed!"

Former Chelsea and Liverpool defender Glen Johnson would 'love' to see Neymar playing in the Premier League but has concerns about the Blues' potential move for the 31-year-old.

Speaking to GGRecon, Johnson said: “We want to see the best players in the world in the Premier League. I’d love to see him [Neymar] here playing week in, week out, but I don’t believe it’s something that’s actually going to happen."

Todd Boehly has already held Neymar transfer meeting with Paris Saint-Germain amid Chelsea links

Chelsea co-owner Todd Boehly has already held meetings with Paris Saint-Germain owner Nasser Al-Khelaifi regarding a transfer move for Neymar. The French giants had tried to sell the 31-year-old winger last summer and look set to try and move him on again ahead of next season.

According to ESPN and RMC Sport reporter Julien Laurens, Boehly has already met with Al-Khelaifi 'a few times' in the past year to talk about Neymar and the possibility of bringing him to Stamford Bridge.

Laurens added that he is unsure if a deal is still possible given the fact that the Brazilian is still recovering from ankle surgery, with Neymar having missed PSG's last 10 games, along with the huge contract he is under with the Ligue 1 champions that does not expire until 2025.

Laurens said: "With Neymar, they [PSG] tried to sell him last summer and they will try to sell him again this summer. We know that Todd Boehly, the Chelsea owner, has met with Nasser Al-Khelaifi, the PSG president, a few times to talk about Neymar and the possibility of bringing him to Chelsea.

"I don't know if that is possible right now because Neymar is recovering from ankle surgery and he's got a huge contract with PSG. So, I don't know if it is possible for Chelsea but we do know is that only the Premier League, right now, can afford Neymar."

Victor Osimhen issues firm response to transfer speculation as Chelsea face £100m Napoli demand

Napoli star Victor Osimhen has issued a firm response when asked about his future following the Italian outfit's Serie A title success. The Nigeria international has scored 27 goals and provided a further five assists in 34 appearances this term with Chelsea and Manchester United both interested in signing the 24-year-old this summer.

The Italian outfit are set to demand a fee in the region of £100million for Osimhen with his contract set to expire in 2025. The Nigerian has been one of the best finishers in Europe this season and has all the attributes needed to thrive in the Premier League given his height, pace and physicality.

The 24-year-old equalised for Luciano Spaletti's side as they drew 1-1 against Udinese - moving them 16 points clear of second-placed Lazio with just five games left to play this term.

Moments after Napoli won their first Serie A title in 33 years, Osimhen was asked about his future, to which he responded: "It’s not the right time to discuss my future. I just want to enjoy this incredible title. I can’t wait to return to Napoli and hug the fans - I’m so happy for them."
