Chelsea will check out Kosovo international Arber Zeneli this weekend ahead of a potential £5million swoop.
The Heerenveen forward is earning rave reviews in Holland, attracting interest from Europe's top divisions.
The left-winger is out of contract in the summer and could be available for as little as £5m.
And a Chelsea scout is scheduled in Amsterdam on Sunday when Zeneli is expected to start against Ajax.
Chelsea are thought to have been impressed with his performances so far this season.
Before representing Kosovo, the 23-year-old appeared for Sweden at U17, U19 and U21 level.
