Moises Caicedo deal nears

Chelsea are moving closer to reaching an agreement with Brighton over a move for midfielder Moises Caicedo this summer, reports Fabrizio Romano. The Blues have been heavily linked with a switch for the Ecuadorian international in the transfer window, with a deal touted between £75million and £100million.

Romano claims on his YouTube channel that negotiations are still underway for the midfielder, with discussions moving closer to an agreement.

Callum Hudson-Odoi bid rejected

Chelsea have rejected a bid from Fulham for Cobham academy graduate Callum Hudson-Odoi from London rivals Fulham, according to reports from Sky Sports News. The west London club are claimed to be deciding whether to make another offer for the winger, who is in his final year under contract with the Blues.

Hudson-Odoi spent the last season on loan at Bundesliga club Bayer Leverkusen, but with his future at Chelsea uncertain, there appears to be an increasing possibility of an exit.

Romeo Lavia interest

Chelsea remain in the race to sign Southampton midfield wonderkid Romeo Lavia this summer, according to a report from Fabrizio Romano. The Blues are looking to reshape their central ranks in the transfer window, with Moises Caicedo one of their main targets so far.

Lavia is touted as being valued at £50million by the Saints, with Chelsea being joined by the likes of Liverpool and Arsenal in the transfer race.
