A soccer fan came out with a brilliant idea to help authorities spread the message to the people in Mexico to stay at home due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The Liga MX decided to postpone the Clausura 2020 at the end of week 10 and the authorities have recommended everyone in Mexico to stay at home due to the coronavirus pandemic. Many professional soccer teams have used their social media accounts to help the authorities spread the message to the people to please stay at home until further notice.

Club América published a picture with the message that said “stay at home champion” who was made by a fan who used different jerseys from the team to spell that phrase. The idea was brilliant and América was asking the help of everyone to find the person who came out with this idea to give him credit.

In just minutes everyone got together and the author was found! The username of the person who came out with the idea, @AMERICA_1916, responded to America’s Tweet and showed them he published the picture a day before.

Minutes after he was found members of Club América sent him a direct message but didn’t say what they talked about. The image is made up of multiple América shirts from different seasons, with the names of the different players he was able to form the iconic phrase.

The team from Hidalgo published the same image but with their jerseys in order to keep spreading the message to the people in Mexico. So far Mexico has reported 316 cases of coronavirus and with messages like this authorities hope they can stop the virus from spreading.
