Crystal Palace have launched a bid for Torino defender Perr Schuurs.
The young Dutchman's form last season has attracted enquiries from AC Milan and champions Napoli.
However, TMW says Palace have come forward to make a first firm offer.
The Eagles have tabled a €25m offer for Schuurs.
The player's agents are also in talks with Palace, though he wants to wait to see if other offers arrive before entering contract negotiations.
