Diogo Dalot has explained the reason behind his handshake celebration with Antony after scoring against Nottingham Forest on Sunday, saying it is a 'little thing' they do.
United strengthened their position in third with a convincing 2-0 win, Antony and Dalot getting the goals either side of half-time.
Antony would play in his teampmate for his first Premier leaguye goal and the pair shared a moment afgterwards, staring at each other with a prolonged handshake.
Speaking after the game, Dalot said: It was special. The moment of the goal was important too, a little bit more comfortable.
'They were creating chances. It is always special to score for this club. The celebration is my little thing with Antony. His rewards are coming for all he is doing. As we progress the individuals will come out.
Antony and Diogo Dalot struck as injury-hit Manchester United moved up to third in the Premier League and extended relegation-threatened Nottingham Forest's winless run.
United impressed in a victory that was more one-sided and comprehensive than the 2-0 scoreline suggests.
The performance as much as the result will increase pressure on Forest boss Steve Cooper, whose embattled side are now without a win in 10 matches.
As for United, this victory meant they have beaten last season's Premier League points tally with eight matches to spare.
