De Bruyne took to Instagram on Tuesday afternoon to confirm the news.
Taking a selfie alongside his wife, Michele, he wrote: 'Incredibly excited to announce that I’m officially joining the @rocnationsports family!
'Can’t wait to show you guys what lies ahead. #RocFam.'
The 27-year-old was part of the J&S International Football Management stable but is now the latest football star to join Roc Nation Sports.
The Belgium international's team-mate Romelu Lukaku is another who is among the clientele.
Lukaku's Manchester United team-mate Eric Bailly is another. The aforementioned trio have joined a group footballers at the agency that started with Bayern Munich defender Jerome Boateng.
Given it is an American company, the bulk of Roc Nation's clients have emerged from American football, basketball and baseball.
Jay-Z's talent stable originated as Roc Nation, an entertainment company, before branching out to Roc Nation Sports.
