Manchester City manager Pep Guardiola has been delivered some positive news with Kevin De Bruyne expected to return to training in the next week.
De Bruyne was initially sidelined for up to four months after sustaining a knee ligament injury in training in August. However, Guardiola confirmed he is close to returning to first team training.
‘He's making the last steps, starting training in part in the next days – everything is going well,’ says the Manchester City manager.
De Bruyne has his eyes set on the Manchester derby on November 11.
