Everton midfielder Fabian Delph has withdrawn from the England squad for the Euro 2020 qualifiers with the Czech Republic and Bulgaria due to injury, the Football Association has announced.
Delph picked up a muscle injury during Saturday’s Premier League defeat to Burnley.
He returns to Merseyside to be assessed by Everton’s medical staff.
Gareth Southgate has opted against calling up a replacement for the former Manchester City midfielder.
As a result, England will head to Prague for Friday night's game against the Czech Republic with a 24-man squad.
