Here are the confirmed ties for the Quarter-Final draw: Man Utd face Colchester, Man City travel to Oxford; Liverpool visit Aston Villa.
The quarter-finals are scheduled for the week commencing 16 December.
The first-leg of the semi-finals will take place on the week commencing 6 January 2020, with the second-legs will then take place on the week commencing 27 January 2020.
The final, which as always, will be played at Wembley, is scheduled for Sunday 1 March 2020.
The Carabao Cup will go to penalties after 90 minutes.
Clubs voted in June 2018 to remove extra time from EFL Cup matches.
Only exception to the rule is the final which uses the traditional format of playing extra time after full-time before going to penalties if required.
And EFL opted to get rid video assistant referee system on the grounds it was only being used at Premier League venues.
