Brazil team-mates Ederson and Alisson will battle it out on the final day of the season for the Premier League Golden Glove award.

Ederson joined Alisson on 20 clean sheets on Monday night after Manchester City narrowly overcame Leicester 1-0 thanks to a stunning long-range strike from captain Vincent Kompany at the Etihad.

The pair have been in fantastic form all season for their respective clubs City and Liverpool, who both go into the final day of the season still tussling for the Premier League title.

City's victory over Leicester ensured they head into Sunday's eagerly-anticipated action just one point ahead of title rivals Liverpool.

Pep Guardiola's men travel to Brighton, while Liverpool host an in-form Wolves side at Anfield on the weekend as they battle for glory.

Ederson and Alisson will have the Premier League title firmly on their minds when they take to the pitch on Sunday.

But they will also have an eye on the Golden Glove award. The Brazilian duo sit six clean sheets clear of Chelsea's Kepa Arrizabalaga and Everton shot-stopper Jordan Pickford.

After Leicester drew a blank on Monday, it is only the second time in Premier League history where more than one goalkeeper has kept 20 clean sheets in a season.

The last time this happened was 10 years ago, when Edwin van der Sar had 21 clean sheets while Pepe Reina kept 20.
