The Three Lions fell to a third consecutive defeat as they lost to Spain and Gareth Southgate will be eager to bounce back accordingly
England bring their September international break to a close with a friendly match against Switzerland at Wembley on Tuesday.
Gareth Southgate's side head into the game against the Swiss having lost their UEFA Nations League opener 2-1 against Spain, a result which means they are now on a three-match losing streak.
As such, Tuesday's game is an opportunity for the Three Lions to bounce back, while also giving Southgate the opportunity to experiment.
While England lost in their Nations League opener, Switzerland got off to a scintillating start, beating Iceland 6-0, so they will be brimming with confidence.

Match Preview
England may have reached the semi-finals of the 2018 World Cup, but their defeat to Spain at home over the weekend showed that Southgate's men are still some way behind where they wish to be.
The Three Lions boss indicated ahead of the inaugural tournament opener that the ultimate goal was to transform his country into one of the best in the world, capable of challenging for honours.
"I knew this period would be an exceptional challenge and will tell us a lot about exactly where we stand, but I think that’s good for us," Southgate told reporters following the loss to La Roja.
"We have two of the world’s best teams in our group. We have to go through those experiences, otherwise we would go into a finals tournament in two years’ time and, if we were just playing qualifiers now against lower standard opposition, we might have a perception of where we are, which would be false. I think after the next few months we will be very clear."
The game against Switzerland will give England a chance to work on where they went wrong against the Spanish and Southgate is sure to experiment somewhat with more Nations League games to come in October.
