Horrible scenes emerge in Everton-Tottenham game as Everton's Andre Gomes suffers serious ankle injury after being tackled by Son who is sent off in tears.
Son is absolutely distraught as he makes his way off the pitch, with other players visibly distressed.
The South Korean international was initially awarded a yellow card for a foul on the Everton midfielder, but Martin Atkinson upgraded it to a red as medics rushed to the aid of the Spaniard.
It appeared that Gomes' leg got caught in the turf as he landed awkwardly.
