As a combative target man, Brighton striker Glenn Murray is used to putting his body on the line for his team - yes, all of it.
He proved that commitment on Wednesday night by scoring what proved to be the winner in Brighton's extra time victory over West Bromwich Albion in the FA Cup.
Murray scored from close range in the final minutes of the first half of extra time as Brighton won 3-1 at the Hawthorns to reach the fifth round.
It looked as though Murray had chested home the cutback across the six-yard area, deflected into him by Albion defender Ahmed Hegazi.
However a television angle behind the goal showed the ball actually struck a much more tender area on Murray - his penis - before hitting the back of the net.
If Murray was left in any pain, it seemed to be cancelled out by the thrill of scoring as he wheeled away to celebrate with team mates.
The goal prompted an amused reaction on Twitter, with fans also impressed by Murray's commitment to the cause, along with his apparently high pain threshold.
It was the 35-year-old's 11th goal of the campaign in what is proving to be a hugely profitable season both for Murray and the Seagulls.
Brighton host another Championship side, Derby County, in the next round of the competition.
