The last thing you want to happen to you when you are having a kickabout with your mates is to be nutmeged.
It is the ultimate humiliation and that is probably how Fred felt whilst his Manchester United side warmed up to face Arsenal on Friday.
Marcus Rashford posted a video on Twitter of him playing a game of Rondo with his team-mates in which you have to keep the ball away from the person in the middle.
The Red Devil stars managed to exchange a few passes before the England international flicked the ball through Fred's legs.
This created a scene with the likes of Anthony Martial and Juan Mata jumping up and down with laughter.
Rashford then consoled United's £52million summer signing from Shakthar Donetsk for inflicting the embarrassment on his team-mate.
People on social media appeared to enjoy the moment with one person commenting: 'Rashford sent Fred back to Ukraine!'
The Brazil international's wife recently had a baby and one person said: 'You didn't have to do him like that, Marcus. He just had a baby.'
While another person posted a GIF with characters from the TV show The Simpsons shouting: 'Stop, stop!'
Rashford and Fred were both on the bench as Ole Gunnar Solskjaer's side beat the Gunners 3-1 at the Emirates in the FA Cup.
