Amazon Prime Video broadcasted their first Premier League games on Tuesday evening and some viewers were not happy with the service.
Crystal Palace's game against Bournemouth kicked off Amazon's live coverage, with Manchester City's visit to Burnley to follow and an entire round of fixtures across the week.
But there were inevitable technical hiccups for some people tuning into the broadcast.
Steve Brindle took to Twitter to post an image of the issue and wrote: 'Every 2 minutes it’s crashing'.
Broadcaster Danny Kelly added: 'Erm, even the instructional video to tell you what to do if Amazon Prime has crashed has crashed.'
Gobinder Gill complained about how stuttery the footage was on his television.
Bruce Millington pointed out the technical situation and said: 'In case anyone is interested Amazon Prime coverage is 24sec behind real time'.
OliseSZN was not happy with the delay and wrote: 'Bloody amazon prime on my tv is line a minute behind'.
Dan McLaughlin tweeted out: 'Fully aware it sounds ridiculous to complain given what they are providing and the level of quality we can access with ease but first few minutes watching a game on Amazon Prime isn’t great.
'Picture quality is coming and going and took a while to actually load the coverage.'
