Social media users have claimed to have worked out the identity of masked rapper Dide after the music star released his first track earlier in the week and claimed to be a Premier League player.
The yet-to-be-revealed footballer caught off-pitch attention after his song 'Thrill' went viral and suggestions surrounding his identity began to pop up.
Dide makes several suggestions throughout the track that he is a Premier League footballer and social media has been digging into clips in an attempt to reveal his identity.
Now one Twitter user believes they have worked out who Dide really is after drawing comparisons between a Championship player's tattoo and one on the rappers hand.
That player is former Reading and Liverpool player and current Cardiff City star Sheyi Ojo, who the finger is being pointed at as the person behind Dide's decorative face mask.
The music video is set in London and phrases such as 'my team stay winning' and 'every game is like a final' initially led people to believe that is was one of Arsenal's current crop of young stars.
Ojo, born in Watford, would fit the profile of a London artist that viewers believe the rapper is and at the age of 25 would match the youthful outline that appeared in shots.
The immediate comparison was made due to a tattoo on the rapper's hand and Ojo's wrist both looking similar in design.
A zoomed in photo shows Dide to be inked with a diamond on his right wrist that looks similar to Ojo's who was snapped posing in a Rangers shirt when he played for the club between 2019 and 2020.
Filming in London would also point to Ojo given his roots in Watford and ties to Milton Keynes Dons youth academy.
Ojo first made a name for himself in the youth ranks at MK Dons before being snapped up by Livepool in 2011.
He made eight appearances for the Reds first-team and was sent out on eight loan deals before joining Cardiff City on a permanent deal last summer.
The winger has made 34 appearances for the Bluebirds this season amid their quest to stay in the Championship division.
Betting odds didn't even place Ojo amongst their favourites to be behind Dide's identity with Arsenal's Eddie Nketiah leading the charge as the most likely candidate.
