Fantasy football managers were surprised to see Pierre-Emerick Aubameyang classed as a midfielder for next season by the creators of the game.
The Arsenal striker was playing on the left-wing for the Gunners for most of last campaign and managers, who have to create a team within a budget and score the most points to win a prize, can now pick Aubameyang as a midfielder.
The 31-year-old was the Premier League's joint-second top goalscorer for the 2019-20 season with 22 goals and won't be cheap next time around as he will set you back £12million.
One keen player in reaction to the news said: 'What a stupid decision to include him in midfield!'
Whilst another person said: 'In what world is he a midfielder for crying out loud?'
Someone posted highly-edited photos of a journalist being handed a piece of paper by Donald Trump showing the news about Aubameyang's new position and looking confused.
One confused player posted a photo of a man and a cat looking confused with the caption: 'They put Aubameyang as a midfielder on FPL because he's been playing as a winger.'
Someone else thinks every fantasy manager will choose him as they expect him to score plenty of goals as a midfielder.
They said: 'FPL changing Aubameyang to a midfielder... SURELY everyone is taking him now!?'
Another player raised another issue as they said: 'You’re increasing the value of players and the budget still remains the same, how is that supposed to work.'
