The first ever virutal Milan derby ended in a 2-2 draw on Saturday afternoon.
AC Milan's Portuguese striker Rafael Leao challenged Internazionale striker Sebastiano Esposito to a game of Pro Evolution Soccer.
Milan went in at the break leading 1-0 thanks to Leão's goal but Inter's Romelu Lukaku tied at the beginning of the second half.
The Nerazzurri went in front in the 76th minute before Zlatan Ibrahimovic equalised in the 78th minute.
The Rossoneri came close to a winner with the Swedish striker just a few seconds before the final whistle with the ball just missing the outside of the post.
The virtual event was organised to bring the fans of both teams together amid the Covid-19 emergency.
At the end of the e-Derby, Leao, interviewed by Diletta Leotta said: 'I enjoyed a lot playing and scoring with my player, I always work hard when I play because I don't like losing.
'Playing with Ibrahimović is easy both in a game of PES and on the pitch, he is a master.'
The Nerazzurri player Esposito, added: 'Unfortunately I didn't win, I hoped I could. Lukaku and Lautaro are a perfect duo also in a game of PES and I wish thank them for their goals.'
The e-Derby is part of the 'ACMILANTOGETHER' program that encompasses all community-driven projects rolled out by the club and dedicated to the Rossoneri fans.
During the challenge the fans watching the match were able to donate to a go-fund me page.
