Former Chelsea manager Rosenior agrees to join Paris FC

According to French media outlet Foot Mercato, former Chelsea manager Rosenior has agreed to join Paris FC.

The report states that Paris FC initially hoped to continue working with Kombouaré, but negotiations between the two parties reached an impasse in recent weeks. To quickly settle on a managerial appointment and swiftly launch their ambitious summer transfer plan—the club has allocated a €50 million budget to sign 4 to 5 new players—Paris FC soon began pursuing other candidates, especially after Bruno Génésio joined Marseille, forcing them to adjust their strategy.

Paris FC's search for a new head coach eventually led them to England.

According to the latest reports, Rosenior has officially agreed to coach Paris FC. He previously had a brief and difficult 104-day stint at Chelsea and is currently a free agent. Nevertheless, the 41-year-old coach maintains a strong reputation in French football following his impressive track record during his time at Strasbourg.

Both parties are currently finalizing the contract details, after which Paris FC will officially announce the appointment of their new manager. Notably, Paris FC has also postponed the date for the team's return and start of pre-season training.
