Former Manchester City and Swansea striker Wilfried Bony is training with Newport County.
The 32-year-old is a free agent after leaving Al-Ittihad by mutual consent in November and is working with Newport to maintain fitness.
Bony joined them as they prepared for their FA Cup clash with Brighton at the weekend, and he also trained with the Exiles during the summer of 2019.
He is said to have a good relationship with manager Michael Flynn, although it is not expected he will be signing for the club.
Bony signed for Saudi Arabian side Al-Ittihad in January 2020 after spending six months as a free agent.
He scored five goals in 10 games for the side, but recently agreed to leave by mutual consent.
The striker was a favourite in south Wales, and scored 39 goals for the Swans during his time there.
Eventually his form earned him a move to Manchester City, and he won the League Cup with them in 2016.
