Pablo Fornals has indicated that people in London haven't been taking the coronavirus pandemic seriously.
The West Ham midfielder explained that there are some who are not following the guidelines with the measures that should be taken to avoid the spread of the disease.
"In London I see people who are going to run in heels and dress shoes," Fornals said in a virtual talk organised by the Valencian Community Football Federation (FFCV).
"It shouldn't be like this, but people shake hands and grab your whole arm.
"Here we are a little late with respect to what people are experiencing in Spain.
"You can go outside to do sports and for basic needs, as in other countries.
"I go out for a run in the morning, but I am very careful to avoid any problems."
Fornals, who joined West Ham from Villarreal last summer, has praised the atmosphere at English stadiums.
"Football is experienced in a different way here," he added.
"West Ham people are very attached to the team and they show it.
"It is impressive to play at home or even away.
"All the teams take 1,000, 2,000 or 3,000 people to any stadium and that is appreciated.
"At first, I didn't play much, but now I've had a series of good games and things were starting to work."
