Fulham are interested in signing Marko Pjaca on loan with option to buy for €20m from Juventus, cutting short his Fiorentina spell.
The 23-year-old Croatia international has struggled with injuries and had a six-month loan in Germany with Schalke 04.
He is currently playing for Fiorentina, who have an option to buy for €20m, though Juventus have a counter-option worth €26m.
Pjaca has contributed one goal and one assist in 16 Serie A appearances for the Viola so far this season, but is expected to cut the experience short.
According to Tuttosport newspaper, Fulham boss Claudio Ranieri has requested Pjaca as a January reinforcement.
It would be another loan deal with option to buy for a total of around €20m.
Juventus spent €23m to purchase Pjaca from Dinamo Zagreb in the summer of 2016.
