Romero is shown a straight red card after he drags Icardi to the ground just inside the penalty area! It's a clear goalscoring opportunity and he was last man, so the referee immediately shows a red card and the defender is off.

Icardi converts the penalty that he won, slotting the ball into the bottom corner as the keeper dives the other way.
54' GOAL! Genoa 0-3 Inter (Perisic)
Icardi picks the winger out perfectly, with a through ball between the Genoa defence and Perisic races onto the end of it, slotting the ball into the bottom corner. Very good move and finish by Inter.
Normally it's the other way around, with Perisic turning provider for Icardi, but the striker plays a perfectly weighted pass for his teammate, who makes no mistakes with the finish.

Excellent strike by Politano, he tries to find the top corner from the edge of the box, but Radu read it well and made a superb diving stop to tip the ball around the post.

The Genoa keeper appears to save and push away, but the goal line technology shows that the ball had already crossed the line before he could push it to safety.

Mauro Icardi scored on his Inter return as the Nerazzurri eased to a much-needed 4-0 Serie A win at 10-man Genoa.
Luciano Spalletti's men lost at home to Lazio on Sunday as Icardi's absence from the team continued to overshadow matters on the pitch, with the Argentina international having not played since he was stripped of the captaincy in February.
But despite calls from a section of Inter fans for Icardi to be axed from the squad this week, he was involved for the first time in almost two months at Genoa and the team looked much better for it.
Roberto Gagliardini netted a 15th-minute opener, before Icardi won a penalty that resulted in a red card for Cristian Romero and dispatched the spot-kick himself.
Icardi celebrated with his team-mates and teed up Ivan Perisic in the second half, and Gagliardini's second put the seal on the match as third-placed Inter moved four points clear of rivals AC Milan.
