Oliver Glasner is reportedly warming up to taking the AC Milan jobs after talks with owner Gerry Cardinale and advisor Zlatan Ibrahimovic.

Glasner, 51, leaves Crystal Palace as the club’s most successful manager, winning an FA Cup, Community Shield, and, most recently, the Europa Conference League.

His stock is the highest it’s ever been, and the Austrian is now the leading candidate to replace Max Allegri at AC Milan.

According to Gazzetta, Glasner is now warming to the idea of taking over the Italian giants after a lengthy meeting with owner Cardinale and advisor Ibrahimovic.

Glasner met with Cardinale in Germany in a meeting that lasted six hours, with former striker Ibrahimovic also involved.

AC Milan won’t have a clear run at Glasner, however, it’s understood that Fulham are keen on bringing him in to replace Benfica-bound Marco Silva.
