Atletico Madrid were defeated 2-1 by Beitar Jerusalem in a friendly on Tuesday, a match which saw Antoine Griezmann scores his last ever goal for Los Rojiblancos from the penalty spot.

A brace from Maor Buzaglo saw the Israeli side come out victorious in Yossi Benayoun's farewell game, with the former Racing Santander and Liverpool midfielder hanging up his boots at the age of 39.

Vitolo was the best player on the pitch for Diego Simeone's side, who couldn't find an equaliser after Beitar's opener in the first half, despite missed chances by Thomas Partey, Koke and Alvaro Morata.

Three minutes after coming on as substitute, Griezmann drew the game level by converting a penalty kick, while Diego Costa picked up his eighth injury this season.
