Pep Guardiola has credited Roberto Mancini as the man who truly changed Manchester City 's mentality.
Guardiola did not hesitate to name the Italy manager as the man who truly made a difference.
"It started more than one decade ago, and (with) a lot of people working here," said Guardiola when asked about the importance of trophy-winning.
"The most important thing was the league when Roberto Mancini was here - it changed the mentality of the club.
"The first one is always the most difficult one and Mancini and his people and players did it."
