Pep Guardiola is ready to play the kids against Burton Albion on Wednesday as four teenagers take part in first-team training.
Manchester City won the Carabao Cup semi-final first leg 9-0 and the City boss looks like he is going to make wholesale changes.
Taylor Richards was spotted at the City's Football Academy and the 18-year-old sees Paul Pogba as his mentor.
Richards told Goal: 'Paul's like my big brother up here. He always helps me. He gives me advice on what to do and if I have a rubbish game then he tells me.
'He has [been to watch me and] tells me if I need to run more but that's just Paul.
'I feel like when I'm with him he gives me inspiration to go to the top and to be the best player I can be because I don't want to leave anything behind. I just want to be at the top and he shows it's there for you if you want to get it.
'When he was at Juventus he came down and I met him and since then we've always been close. Sometimes I go over to his house for dinner.'
19-year-old Luke Bolton and 18-year-old's Eric Garcia and Ian Carlo Poveda were also snapped on Monday.
Garcia played in the first leg against Burton and the League Cup quarter-finals against Leicester.
Poveda has yet to make a senior appearance for the Champions and neither has Bolton.
