David Luiz has praised Maurizio Sarri for his 'amazing' job at Chelsea after finishing his first season in charge by lifting the Europa League.
Chelsea surged past Arsenal with a 4-1 victory in Wednesday night's final in Baku thanks to goals from Olivier Giroud, Pedro and an Eden Hazard brace.
Afterwards Luiz paid tribute to the manager, who appears set to join Juventus this summer after just one year in England.
'I think the manager did amazing. He’s doing amazing for this club', he said afterwards.
'Speculation, talk about things every day, I think now is the moment to talk about the title.
'I think it was a great year. Some ups and downs. But we improved a lot. Learned a lot. And finished very well.
'Sarri believed in my game, great guy, great person, great coach.'
