Inside Walker and Annie's £3.5million nest which the cheating been kicked out of

Kyle Walker has reportedly been kicked out of the £3.5million home he shared with wife Annie Kilner after she announced their split on Wednesday.

In happier times the Prestbury, Cheshire mansion was the family home for the Manchester City and England footballer and his childhood sweetheart, along with their three young children.

But now, after the demise of a 13 year relationship, it looks likely that Annie will bag keys to the home as she chases her slice of Kyle's £27million fortune.

Kyle has splashed his £160,000-a-week wages on extravagant property, with his portfolio also rumoured to include a £2.5million seaside mansion bought for his ex Lauryn Goodman earlier this year.

The £3.5m mansion Annie reportedly kicked him out of five months ago, features a swimming pool with a waterfall, a huge marble hot tub and a five-aside football pitch.

The property in Prestbury, Cheshire, also boasts a football-themed games room and six bedrooms, including a two-storey master suite with separate ladies' and gentlemen's dressing rooms.

In 2020 Kyle installed a 13ft-high, 52ft-wide screen around the property to stop passers-by peeping in, and  won a planning battle to keep the structure despite complaints from neighbours it was 'unsightly'.

Kyle's home once featured on a special edition of Come Dine With Me when it was owned by fellow City football Stephen Ireland, with his wife Jessica appearing on the programme.

Estate agents have deemed the house - which backs on to Wayne Rooney's former home - as 'exceptional in many ways'.

'The quality of presentation is astounding, with individually sourced wall and floor coverings, fantastic quality fixtures and fittings and artistic flourishes which contribute to creating a unique home,' a description continued.

'The property is as well suited to entertaining as for family use and the great flow of the accommodation means there are areas away from the main family space if needed.'

Childhood sweethearts Annie, 30, and Kyle, 33, who met as teenagers in Sheffield, had three sons while he built a glittering football career, most recently as a £160,000-a-week defender with Man City and England.

But off the pitch Annie always took back Kyle despite claims he was unfaithful, including with a reality star in the back of his £200,000 Bentley.

There were also allegations he held a sex party in lockdown with escorts and shared texts with a Playboy model while away with England. There was also a vehement Facebook denial eight years ago that he was in any way linked to an explicit and sickening video involving a woman.

But it appears it was his on-off relationship with Lauryn Goodman that was the trigger for the split after an alleged promise to Annie that he was no longer in contact with her was broken and he was kicked out of the family's Cheshire mansion five months ago.

MailOnline revealed today he is in a Manchester penthouse.

Lauryn has hinted heavily that Kyle is the father of her two children and lives in a £2.5million seaside home the footballer may have paid for.

Emma Gill is a top divorce lawyer based in Manchester, Regional Managing Partner at Vardags in the city where Kyle plays football, told MailOnline: 'One usually finds that players of Kyle Walker's calibre are surrounded by high-level intelligent advisors. One of those advisors should have advised him to enter into a prenuptial agreement in advance of his marriage. However, without a prenuptial agreement, everything is to play for.

'Because they are now married, the entire time they have been in a cohabiting relationship counts towards the length of their marriage. And that is important because it will sweep up more of his playing career and therefore she will share in a greater amount of the wealth that has been generated'.

If she chooses to pursue a divorce, Annie could be entitled to half of her husband's £27million fortune after years of humiliation - but his cheating and alleged love children with Lauryn Goodman will not entitle her to more cash if they divorce, MaIlOnline can reveal today.
