Inter are seriously trying to sign Tottenham Hotspur's Christian Eriksen on a free transfer according to a report from FCInter1908.it.
The Nerazzurri are one of several clubs courting the Danish international, whose contract with the north London club is due to expire at the end of this season and Inter hope that their high salary offer will be enough to convince him to join over the likes of Real Madrid, Paris Saint Germain and Manchester United, who have all been linked.
The report goes on to state that the possibility of Inter trying to bring Eriksen to the club in January cannot be ruled out either.
Spurs would ultimately prefer to get rid of the 27-year-old this month to avoid losing him for nothing in the Summer and reports elsewhere in the media have stated that they will let him go if an offer of €20 million arrives on the table.
