Shrewsbury have parted company with manager John Askey, the Sky Bet League One club have announced.
Askey won four of 17 league matches with the Shrews after replacing Paul Hurst during the summer.
Assistant manager John Filan and first-team coach George Pilkington have also left the club, with goalkeeping coach Danny Coyne taking over on a temporary basis.
'Shrewsbury Town would like to place on record its thanks to John, John and George for their hard work and dedication during their time at the club and we wish them all well for the future,' reads a statement on Shrewsbury's website.
The Shrews were held at home by National League outfit Salford City in the first round of the FA Cup on Sunday.
