Bournemouth's season in the Premier League is almost over but Eddie Howe wants his players to keep their motivation levels high.
Howe is keeping his players hungry this week by training them hard under the sun in Dubai.
The Cherries boss is using the week to help prepare for the club's league run-in, which begins away at Leicester next Saturday.
And the players haven't been taking it easy either. Jordon Ibe and Lys Mousset were just two of the first-team players to hit the weights as they maintained their strength.
Howe is, however, without two of his most important players in Joshua King and Callum Wilson.
King has been called up for international duty with Norway while Wilson has been selected for England's games against Czech Republic and Montenegro.
King was key for Bournemouth in the 2-2 draw against Newcastle last weekend, scoring twice as his side took another step towards league safety.
He has 11 goals this season and his manager believes the 27-year-old can continue to get better.
Howe said: 'He is massive. I think Josh has been hugely impressive in the past few weeks and with Callum's (recent) absence.
'You were always going to miss a player of Callum's quality but Josh really stepped up. His overall performances have been very good.
'He is a pivotal figure to how we play and what we want to do. He has the pace, strength and technical qualities, which are quite unique.
'I find him great to work with. I love that level-headedness and the desire to improve that he has shown.
'I've really enjoyed working with him from day one and he's improved a lot. It's been great to be part of that process.'
