According to the latest report from journalist Kinsella, Fàbregas hopes to sign Chalobah, but the deal might be financially unfeasible for Como.
Como is reportedly interested in Trevoh Chalobah, who is also keen on joining the club. Fàbregas personally wants to bring in the English centre-back, but despite Como's recent success in Serie A and Champions League qualification, the deal may not be financially viable.
Chelsea will consider selling Trevoh Chalobah this summer if a suitable offer is received. The club highly rates Chalobah's abilities and is not actively looking to sell him, but if an offer meets their expectations, they are willing to let him go.
