Marcus Rashford was born in Oct 30th, 1997. As you have seen from the title, he's born & grown in Manchester. As a United player from the age of 7, he scored 2 goals on both his first-team debut against Midtjylland in UEL in February 2016 and his EPL debut against Arsenal 3 days later.
Off the pitch, Rashford is a very kind person. He has his own foundation, and he often helps people who're poor or have serious diseases. He once posted pics about giving out food to low-income families.
He's a young fashion man as well. He has a good relationship with British pop stars like Dave and Stormzy - who're top class grime rappers now, and he also got interviewed by magazines like GQ.
At the age of 22, he has scored 64 goals for Manchester United with 31 assists. He also scores 10 goals and assists 4 in his 38 apps foe England. Even Ronaldo has scored less goals than Rashford when CR7 was 22.
This season, Rashford has scored 19 times for United in all competitions, with 14 EPL goals. He is T-3rd on the EPL top scorer chart.
But in an FA Cup rematch against Wolves on Jan 15, Rashford went off injured couple of minutes after he was subbed on. He then was replaced by Lingard.
After examination, he was diagnosed with a fracture on his back and there're some broken bones in his ankle. He's expected to be out for 6 weeks to 3 months. Some reporters even say he could miss EURO 2020.
But Rashford is very optimistic. "I’ll be back before the season ends to hopefully help my team claim top four," he wrote on Twitter in response to a message from the Premier League. He also said he'll be involved in team meetings, team huddles and team sessions throughout this recovery.
