Lazio are facing fresh punishment from UEFA after some fans were seen making fascist Nazi salutes in the build-up to their game against Celtic at the Stadio Olimpico on Thursday.
The Italian club have previously pleaded with supporters to drop the offensive gesture having previously been punished for the salutes against Rennes and in the first leg in Glasgow against Celtic.
Spokesman Arturo Diaconale previously went on record asking fans to 'stop brining Hitler into their club'.
'These are incidents that damage the club and therefore we could take action for damages,' he said recently.
'We cannot prevent the entry of these racists into the stadium, but we will do all in our power to limit their actions.
'These people are bringing Hitler into Lazio and that is a huge mistake. The vast majority of those who make up the Lazio supporters hate those who have anything to do with Hitler.'
As punishment for the gestures during the Rennes match, Lazio's Curva Nord was closed as Celtic headed out to Rome on Thursday night.
Tensions have been close to boiling over between these two sides ahead of their first meeting this season at Celtic Park.
Walking down Buchanan Street in the centre of Glasgow a fortnight ago, dozens of Lazio supporters were captured on film making the abhorrent salutes in front of horrified shoppers.
They also sang chants as they raised their right arms in what is widely recognised as a fascist salute.
