Leeds United players have come under fire on social media after footage emerged of the squad ignoring a number of fans waiting to greet them at their team hotel in Bournemouth.
In a clip posted on Twitter on Sunday afternoon, members of the Leeds first team were seen blanking the supporters who had waited in the hotel lobby to say hello.
The players were filmed walking towards the hotel's entrance in complete silence, despite numerous supporters trying to get their attention.
The majority of the Leeds team were wearing headphones and avoided eye contact as they headed for the door.
A younger member of the small crowd gathered to greet the team was seen waving at the departing Leeds players, but nobody even looked in his direction.
At one point, a member of the club's security team stepped in front of the young boy wearing a full Leeds kit and prevented him from catching a glimpse of his heroes.
Piers Morgan led the criticism of the Leeds squad, labelling the players 'selfish arrogant p****s.'
Mail Sport has contacted Leeds United for comment.
Leeds were on the receiving end of a hammering on the pitch as they fell to a 4-1 defeat at the hands of Bournemouth at the Vitality Stadium.
Javi Gracia's side have slipped to 16th in the Premier League table and are just one point above the relegation zone.
Less than two weeks ago, Arsenal players were also heavily criticised for their lack of engagement with one of the club's mascots.
In a clip posted on the club's social media channels, the Arsenal players were seen signing a shirt for the young supporter as they made their way into the dressing room.
Hardly any of the players looked in the girl's direction, let alone stopped for a brief chat.
The clip immediately went viral on Twitter as thousands of people could not understand why none of the players seemed to want to speak to or even make eye contact with the mascot.
The Gunners were accused of being 'entitled, overpaid and rude' but the girl's father insisted the footage was just a 'small window' on her day.
Mikel Arteta also had to come to the defence of his players when asked about the matter during a press conference later in the week.
Since then, a number of clubs including Manchester United have mocked the Gunners over social media for their ill-judged tweet.
