Liverpool supporters in Barcelona have hit out at their Champions League opponents for the 'disgraceful' view from the away end on Wednesday night.
At £103 a ticket, Reds fans who had made the trip to Barcelona were aggrieved to find Plexiglass and netting obstructing the view of one of their biggest games of the season.
Pre-match, photos from supporters high in the away section at the Nou Camp showed the sun's glare making things worse, with the light reflecting off the glass and making it difficult to see the pitch in the distance.
In the end, Liverpool supporters may have been wishing they weren't able to watch the match after a Lionel Messi masterclass secured a 3-0 victory for the home side.
To make matters worse, Liverpool fans were initially charged a mammoth €119 for the privilege of seeing the game, before the Anfield club stepped in and subsidised tickets down by €31 to €88.
The poor view and result topped off a negative couple of days for Liverpool fans, whose image was tainted by the actions of a few supporters in the Placa Reial.
While drinking ahead of the match in the city centre, fans were filmed racially abusing an Asian man after pushing him and one other into a fountain.
Six supporters were also 'arrested after two hotel workers were assaulted' on the eve of their Champions League semi-final.
When the match did eventually take place, it was former Liverpool striker Luis Suarez who opened the scoring for the home side.
In the second half, Messi put Jurgen Klopp's men to the sword, netting twice to send the home fans wild and put Barcelona in full control of the semi-final tie.
The second leg at Anfield takes place next Tuesday.
