Loris Karius is not spending much time on the pitch for Liverpool, but plenty of time on the gym it seems.
The 28-year-old, who is still under contract with the Reds until the end of the season, posted a picture of him in the gym, with the caption 'An afternoon well spent' accompanied by a strong muscle emoji.
Karius was wearing a Liverpool training top that was of a tight fitting, but he did show off a jacked and shredded physique.
Whilst playing at Anfield, the former Mainz goalkeeper had a lean build, but now his arms are enormous.
One fan in the comments called Karius 'a beast', while another said, 'Wow someones [sic] been in the gym'.
He joined Liverpool in 2016 and made 49 appearances in all competitions, but has not featured under Jurgen Klopp since the 2018 Champions League final against Real Madrid in Kyiv.
Karius gifted Los Blancos two goals that night as Madrid claimed a 3-1 victory, with Gareth Bale and Karim Benzema on the scoresheet.
He apologised after the clash following his errors, but received a number of death threats on social media.
The goalkeeper then left on a two-year loan deal to Besiktas, with Liverpool then signing Alisson Becker from Roma.
He later joined Union Berlin on a temporary switch, but made just five appearances and is now behind Alisson, Caoimhin Kelleher and Adrian in the goalkeeping pecking order on Merseyside.
