Hirving Lozano will arrive for his Napoli medical over the next 24 hours, with reports PSV are paid €38m and a release clause added.
The Mexico international is widely expected to fly in on Tuesday for the final practicalities before he signs a five-year contract.
According to Sky Sport Italia, the cost of the operation will be €38m and not the previously assumed €42m.
There could also be a release clause added to the contract, something that Napoli are generally not eager to include.
This would allow a club to purchase ‘Chucky’ Lozano for a figure in the region of €130m.
As part of PSV Eindhoven’s original deal with Pachuca in 2017, the Dutch outfit owe 20 per cent of the transfer fee to his former club.
The 24-year-old winger scored 21 goals and assisted 12 in 40 competitive appearances for PSV last season.
