Match Report

Club legend Aguero, who is also City's all-time record scorer, was introduced to devastating effect and treated the crowd to an electric cameo, which saw him net twice in quick succession.

Kevin de Bruyne started City's title party on the pitch after slotting home at the end of a neat, flowing move - and Gabriel Jesus doubled the hosts' lead just minutes later.

The rout continued after the break with starlet Phil Foden rolling home in ruthless fashion, and City then stepped back to allow the mercurial Aguero to bow out in style.
