Man City penalty taker debate sparked among fans after Sterling miss vs Wolves

Manchester City fans have been reacting to a first half at Wolves packed full of incidents.

Man City took the lead thanks to Raheem Sterling 's goal as he tapped in from close range after his penalty effort was saved by Rui Patricio.

Sterling's second effort wasn't any better - and also saved - but the forward benefited from a lucky bounce off Patricio as he guided the ball home.

Pep Guardiola was seen gesturing on the sidelines after Sterling's first miss that the penalty taker should have been changed for the second attempt but 25-year-old retained his role.

City fans were also up in arms on social media as they explained who should have been taking spot-kicks in Aguero's absence.
