Man City stars arrive in plush cars ahead of training

There are few teams in world football who possess more talent than Manchester City.

Their stars are regarded as some of the finest players on the planet and they picked up the silverware to match that last season, as they dominated domestic football in England.

They will have another opportunity to secure silverware in the Carabao Cup, which they have reached the final four of.

There will be a significant contrast when they line up at the Etihad Stadium on Wednesday night.

It will not be another set of Premier League icons facing them in the first-leg of the semi-final, but Burton Albion, who ply their trade in League One.

Even so, City's stars looked focused as they rocked up to the Etihad Campus on Tuesday afternoon.

Raheem Sterling, David Silva and Riyad Mahrez could all be seen driving into the training ground ahead of a session.

Bernardo Silva, who impressed against Liverpool last Thursday evening, and Danilo were also snapped on arrival on Tuesday.

Nicolas Otamendi drove in in a black Rolls Royce while Fernandinho was also snapped on his arrival.

Burton manager Nigel Clough urged his players to enjoy the game on Monday.  'We are going to enjoy the experience,' he said. 'Nobody gives us much of a chance and quite rightly so. But it's great for our supporters.

'Some have followed the club for 40, 50, 60 years or more and never dreamt of being in a League Cup semi-final so let's enjoy it.'
