Manchester United are reportedly confident of agreeing new deals with Marcus Rashford and Diogo Dalot as the pair enter the final few months of their current contracts.
According to 90min, the Reds are moving ahead with talks for the England international and Portuguese defender, with the report adding that United believe both players are keen to extend their deals and remain at Old Trafford.
The Reds have an option to extend Rashford and Dalot's deals by one year, with the pair among a host of players out of contract at the end of the current season. The duo have both been in impressive form for United this term and are enjoying their football under Erik ten Hag and his staff.
Dalot has attracted interest from Barcelona, while Rashford's representatives met PSG officials in the summer transfer window. However, both players have become regular starters under Ten Hag and are expected to sign new deals.
Elsewhere, El Nacional have reported that Ten Hag is keen to sign Brahim Diaz from Real Madrid next year, with the attacker having impressed while on loan at Italian giants AC Milan.
The report claims that the Dutchman is 'obsessed' with the 23-year-old and wants to add him to United's ranks. However, according to Gazzetta Dello Sport, Milan have an option to permanently sign Diaz for €22million next year, which puts any move to Old Trafford in doubt.
It remains to be seen if the Spaniard will return to Los Blancos, but his performances at the San Siro - where he has registered 24 goal contributions in 93 matches - have seen more clubs monitor his situation.
