After his summer move to Manchester United, Fred is settling into English life with a bit of help from his fellow footballers.
The star was out for dinner on Monday night with a group of Brazilian and Portuguese players from a number of Premier League clubs.
These included Chelsea defender David Luiz, Southampton full back Cedric Soares and his fellow United midfielder Andreas Pereira.
The players posed for a picture at the London restaurant, Babbo, which is co-owned by Blues stars Luiz, Willian and Kenedy.
Cedric posted the snap to Instagram, captioned: 'Enjoying a great dinner at Babbo with fellow top talents.'
The gathering demonstrates that off the field, players are able to put aside club rivalries to help a fellow professional settle into life in a new country.
Fred, who moved to United this summer in a £53million transfer from Shakhtar Donetsk, made his Premier League debut on Friday.
There was reason to celebrate with a slap-up meal, as United beat Leicester City 2-1 at Old Trafford.
The eatery chosen - whose name means 'father' in Italian - has become a popular hang-out for Premier League stars since opening in April this year.
Richarlison, Joao Mario, Olivier Giroud, N'Golo Kante and Tiemoue Bakayoko are among the players who have been seen paying Babbo a visit.
