West Ham United will be looking to move further clear of the Premier League’s relegation zone when they take on Manchester City on Wednesday.
The Hammers go into the game having lost their last two matches in single goal defeats to Liverpool and Crystal Palace, sitting 15th and four points clear of the bottom three.
Last time out against City, West Ham fell to a 2-0 defeat on the opening weekend of the season, a game where Erling Haaland scored his first two goals for City at the London Stadium. Tonight, Haaland could break the all-time scoring record for most goals by a player in a single Premier League season (34).
Irons boss David Moyes is set to be without two players for the game. Centre-back Kurt Zouma was forced off against Palace after suffering an ankle ligament injury, while striker Gianluca Scamacca is set to miss the rest of the season with a knee issue.
Going into the game, West Ham would climb up to 14th and seven points clear of the drop, while second-place City would overtake Arsenal at the top of the league with three points.

Phillips on for Rodri late on here.
Paqueta with a good shot on goal forces Ortega to save. Fornals' effort on the follow up blocked.
That is definitely that. A corner is cleared out to Foden, who unleashed a superb volley. Deflection off Emerson beats Fabianski.
Tried to lob Ortega from around 60 yards out. Didn't get it off the ground, skimmed the grass and went wide.
Foden and Akanji are on for Ake and Alvarez.
West Ham work a move down the right side and Ings cuts it back after good work. Fornals isn't there, nor is anyone.
It's Erling Haaland on the counter attack. City win the ball back deep in their own half, quickly break. Grealish breaks and plays him in, Haaland chips it over Fabianski.
Alvarez hits that well. Similar range to his goal vs Fulham on Sunday. Fabianski does well to dive, save and hold onto it.
Danny Ings is on for Michail Antonio.
Stops a City break, didn't look malicious. He's already on a yellow card.
By Rodri, only for another corner.
Good from Paqueta to win that. West Ham improving here.
Coufal hobbles off. He'd been having a decent game. On comes Johnson.
West Ham picking up. Coufal gets a cross in but Walker heads away.
And don't get one. Haaland slipped in by Grealish on the angle. Kehrer slides in and wins the ball off Haaland.
And wide. West Ham hardly got a kick in the first half, but it feels even worse early on in this half.
It had been coming. City get a free-kick and Ake gets a free header. West Ham's defence all over the place. 1-0.
City break and West Ham are forced to backpedal. Downes catches Grealish with a silding challenge and is booked.
Back in action here!
Lukasz Fabianski - 7 Thilo Kehrer - 6 Angelo Ogbonna - 7 Aaron Cresswell - 7 Vladimir Coufal - 7 Flynn Downes - 6 Lucas Paqueta - 6 Emerson - 6 Jarrod Bowen - 7 Michail Antonio - 6
Pablo Fornals - 6
Not long to go in this first half.
But it is miles, miles over. Still a shot, at least!
Clearance after clearance from West Ham so far. Somehow, City not in front yet. City wanted a penalty after Bernardo Silva goes down, not given.
Well worked set-piece. Rodri finds Stones, whose header is wide.
Grealish pokes a pass through and the cross from the left is cut out by Kehrer.
Rodri played through on goal after a good excahnge with Haaland. Good run and his finish hits the far post, goes across goal and out.
He's already made a few big blocks and clearances so far. He's going to need to keep it up to keep this City side out.
Sweeping ball from Stones to Grealish. His shot low is tipped onto the post by Fabianski. No corner though.
Coufal's long throw finds Bowen who runs at goal on the angle. His cross/shot is batted away by Ortega.
Almost a chance for West Ham as Bowen presses Dias. He first didn't get enough on his header but then recovered to clear it.
