Manchester City have raised season ticket prices by an average of three per cent after retaining the Premier League.
Packages were delivered to supporters on Thursday morning, with many facing the prospect of a more expensive deal. The dearest card costs £950, with the cheapest standing at £325.
City insisted that they are committed to affordable ticketing and claimed they remain one of the most accessible clubs in the top flight.
Club officials said the lower cost tickets of under £500 had increases of no more than £15, less than £1 a game.
They also highlighted the £299 'Value seasoncard' as competitive, a scheme in which supporters are allocated seats rather than picking themselves.
Another hike will disappoint fans though, with sources suggesting that the quality of Pep Guardiola's team makes City's pricing strategy inexpensive.
Under 18 tickets in the Etihad Stadium's family stand will stay at £95, although that is more elsewhere in the stadium.
