According to Footyheadlines, spy photos of the adidas Manchester United 2027 Chinese New Year jacket have surfaced.
Following the earlier reveal of the Liverpool version, Footyheadlines has released the first images of the adidas Manchester United 2027 Chinese New Year jacket.
The adidas Manchester United 2027 Chinese New Year jacket features a predominantly black base. To provide contrast against the dark background, the classic adidas Originals Trefoil logo and the traditional Manchester United crest are prominently displayed on the chest in red embroidery. The iconic three stripes appear along the sleeves in tonal dark grey, maintaining an understated design while preserving the brand's signature visual identity.
Like the corresponding Liverpool version, the standout feature of this Manchester United jacket is the traditional Chinese frog fasteners positioned at the center of the chest. These ornate cord knot closures sit directly above the main zipper, blending conventional sportswear design with oriental elements to celebrate the festival.
Manchester United previously released a special Chinese New Year jacket at the end of the 2025-26 season; however, that version was exclusively for players and based on a template design.
