The Champions League has given Valencia the chance to return to Old Trafford, one of the most legendary stages of European football.
Valencia, have almost always done well in the home of Manchester United except for the 3-0 defeat in the 1999/2000 season.
Since then, Los Che have not lost a single battle in this famous stadium.
And Valencia are no newcomers to this competition.
In fact, on Tuesday, the Spanish side will play their 100th match in the Champions League.
So far they have achieved 43 wins, 28 draws and 28 defeats, scoring 146 goals and conceding 100.
But the team will not be celebrating this feat on Tuesday, as their eyes will be set on snatching the three points in the hope of reaching the knockout stages.
Their defeat against Juventus on the first day of the Champions League came as a big blow for Valencia and the fans, as two penalties in favor of the Italians ruined their chances of securing a victory.
In fact, Marcelino's team will start their second match of this competition with another face.
Saturday's victory at the Estadio Anoeta has lifted the team's spirits, preparing them for the decisive clash against the English side.
In LaLiga Santander, Los Che have gone five consecutive games without losing (Levante, Real Betis, Villarreal, Celta Vigo, and Real Sociedad).
Furthermore, many of Valencia's players have spent two seasons without competing in Europe and they now want to take full advantage of this year's competition.
This is the case of Rodrigo Moreno, as the striker last featured in a Champions League match back in the 2014/2015 campaign.
And the forward is one of the Los Che's main threats due to his goalscoring ability (five goals in eight official matches).
The forward, in fact, already knows what it feels like to score at Old Trafford, as he netted one on August 12, 2014, in a friendly that ended up in a victory for United (2-1).
Marcelino has to handle the team's rotations in a complicated week, first facing the Red Devils and then hosting Barcelona next Sunday.
Everything points to the three defenders who were left out from the last LaLiga Santander match: Cristiano Piccini, Ezequiel Garay and Jose Luis Gaya.
It is unlikely that the coach will make any changes in midfield, as he will stick with Carlos Soler, Daniel Parejo, Geoffrey Kondogbia, and Goncalo Guedes.
And up front, Rodrigo and Kevin Gameiro are set to start against Jose Mourinho's men.
