Mane mocks Gueye as Liverpool score injury time winner in Merseyside derby

  /  autty

Sadio Mane mocked Senegal international teammate Idrissa Gueye whilst celebrating Divock Origi's 96th-minute winner against Everton.

The Liverpool forward was annoyed with the Everton midfielder for time wasting just moments before the goal.

Gueye was lying on the floor in injury time complaining about his leg hurting with the score still 0-0 and Mane pushed his compatriot's head.

The former Southampton player had the last laugh, however, as he offered Gueye the ball after Origi had scored.

The Everton player wasn't amused and he slapped the ball away from Mane's hand in frustration.

Marco Silva's side thought they were going to come away from Anfield with a point but Jordan Pickford spilled Virgil Van Dijk's sliced shot and Origi headed the ball into the empty net in the dying seconds.

Anfield erupted and Jurgen Klopp ran on the pitch to hug his goalkeeper Alisson Becker.

The Toffees haven't won at Anfield since September 1999 and that wait continued after Sunday's 1-0 defeat.
